Founded in 2016 with the mission to enhance primary and community care, OHL has been pivotal in offering comprehensive services to local communities, and supporting practices with large-scale solutions.

Our strategic priorities for 2022-2027 are to support practices and PCNs, enhance connections across London, deliver community-based services, and ensure long-term sustainability.
